Wonderpark Game

The matter of the washing machine I bought on the 27/11/2022 still haven’t been resolved and the machine hasn’t been delivered even today. Game customer service tried to intervene,but I still haven’t received the machine,and then there’s Donald from Wonderpark Game who has no shame in lying to customers and making empty promises,he has been calling for the past days making empty promises. The last straw was today 21/12/2022 when he **** and said the machine has been dispatched from Mall@reds and the driver is coming,only to find out that he was a lying when I contacted Game Mall@reds and spoke to Nokuthula who said that,she has my paper work but there is no driver or dispatch of my machine.

1-I paid the machine in full and paid for delivery as well,I do not owe Game 2-I was promised a delivery within a week,it’s almost 4 weeks now 3-I use my own airtime to call and enquire about the delivery 4-I am being **** to and promised lies by the so called Donald from Wonderpark Game 5- I am spending money and petrol to go to the laundrette while I have purchased a washing machine I am disappointed,angry,frustrated and mad at Game. Refund me if you can’t deliver instead of wasting my time!
