Wonderful unexpected service
I wanted a refund on an office chair that was bought 1-2 years ago. The price on the system said it was discontinued but they were prepared to give me R320. Gary was most obliging and helpful.<br> On second thoughts I remembered I had paid much more than that ie R500 to 600 so I decided to reclaim the chair.<br> Gary kept it for me and let me return it.<br> Wonderful exceptional handling of the issue
