Winter without a washing machine

I bought a washing machine less than a year ago and this is the second time it broke.

I sent my documents last week but according to Game they didn’t receive it. I eventually ended up resending the docs and was told that someone will come with 2 to 3 business days.

Do you understand the massive inconvenience this is causing?

Doing washing in winter with your hand and having no spinner . You are so inconsiderate

You called me to say it’s not 2 to 3 business days I was given wrong info. I said I doubt you would make it for 3 to 5 business days but let’s give you the benefit of the doubt . It’s 6 business days later . I got a call from Game to say that the supplier came last week and the ticket has been closed . WOW just WOW.

Broken washing machine for the second time. This time it’s been broken for 3 weeks in the heart of winter. Such a massive inconvenience
