Winter Swimming
Looking at the other complaints about Game's online purchases and no delivery, as well as their exceptional lack of communication, I do not expect anything from them apart from a computer generated reply and maybe - just maybe - something else next year. Product (swimming pool) purchased online on 19 December 2018 and up to date (31 December 2018) no delivery, no communication, not anything. This, after I have contacted them 4 times. Thank you Game for letting me spend my holiday at home, waiting in anticipation for the delivery. Thank you for letting me try out winter swimming in a town with sub-zero temperatures (as my order will probably only get here then).
Please read my messages I sent via e-mail and Support Ticket and comply to my demand/request.

02 Jan 2019, 16:39After phoning them yet again at my own expense, I was told that they will get back to me before 16:30 today. Nothing, yet again. Oh, and if I want to cancel my purchase, it takes 7-14 days - so they can earn interest on my money. *********, dishonest and absolutely disgusting. You have until Friday, 4 January 2019 to deliver my order plus extras as stipulated, or I will take this matter further for breach of contract and theft.
