Wi-Fi issue on my Tv (does not connect )

Hi Please help me l have an issue l brought a Tv cash at Game store the one located at Jabulani G092 CRN Bolani & Koma road it is a 40 inch Smart Tv 28/01/2024 , the problem l'm facing is that suddenly the tv don't connect to the Wi-Fi tried reboot also with my phone the Wi-Fi don't connect , l gave it 2 weeks trying then went to a store the Tv has a 4 years warranty however being told the warranty don't cover ****roach , they claim the ****roach enter inside and eat Wi-Fi connection might you they never open the Tv they just put it on and conclude that which l believe they could have taken disadvantage of me , the manager also say taking it back to be fixed will cost me a whole brand new Tv because they have to book it l will have to pay Levy on top when it arrive to Hisense they will send me invoice then l'm going to pay before labor should l disagree for my Tv not to be fixed after being checked l will be charged cancellation Game manage state rather l take it myself to Hisense apparently my 4 year Warranty no longer work because they assume there's ****roach
