Why keep sold items on the floor.??

I am so frustrated with this store! Yesterday I walked in and viewed the reduced to go items which included a Kelvinator dishwasher marked down to R2500. Upon enquiry of this item I was advised that this item was sold to someone 2 months ago but was never collected. I then went to Lindiwe the manager and she advised that it was not sold.<br> <br> I told her okay,I am ready to pay and take the item but I just want to open the box and view inside the washer to ensure all was okay. She then phoned someone to help open the box. When she put down the phone she the phone And says to me that it was sold in the morning and she is not sure why it was still on the floor!!<br> <br> Really?? 2 different stories but more than that, if an item is sold... Remove it from your floor and do not give other customers false hopes...I really walked out the store disappointed thanks to their lack of not knowing what was going on... This store really gives your brand a bad name!!!!
