Why have a shop if your staff don't want to work?

We went into Game to buy a few things and when we went to the tills to pay there was a whole 3 people on tills and a ton of people wanting to buy things. Only one of the tellers was actually working the other two were doing nothing. Even the lady at the cigarette counter came with excuses as to why she couldn't help us. I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences in your store and i do not understand why you even bother keeping your branch open if you aren't going to make any attempt to keep your customers happy. I will not be returning to your store again.<br> <br>
