why do you even work on that department
on the 19th of june 2015 around 10:54 i contacted the *** to find out my installment as i always do every month, i got through to mr isaacs and i told him the reason for my call, he rudely informed me that i need to go to the shop to find out how much i needed to pay as he works in the complaints dept (i dont know how i got to the dept because the number i dialled said \general enquiries"";of which i said ok and he said \""yah\"" bye. Mr isaacs was really rude to me specially for someone who works in the complaints sectiong"""
