WHY!!!???

So i bought a phone frome Game-Menlyn in May 2017 a Alcatel Pixi 4.Of which from the start gave me problems it freezes when i type a message or type gibberish at times when im really in a hurry,the batery is not lasting at all and to op it of the screen density is so thin it's very laughable i've taken my phone out of my bag this morning and the screen cracked i mean really!!!I've bought the device cash and on their site it states that it will repair any device under warranty or replace it but it seems with these ****** entities there's always a catch so i've been calling and i'm getting no answer,called the actual place of purchase and customer service which keeps on rerouting me to the receptionist that keeps on putting me through to someone called Herman which does not answer his phone i mean really!!!All i want to know is,will they fix my phone which is still under warranty and or will they replace it or give my money bac****This is utter *******!!
