Whole month fridge order

I have since purchased a defy fridge that was in sale on 06/03/2018. I was told the fridge was sold out but they will get it from warehouse on 10/03/2018. I have received the fridge even now and no one is calling me. When I call I just get empty promises. I’m severely and utterly disappointed
