Who is going to pay?

<p>I bought a logik aircon a while ago. In order to get a warrantee/guarentee you need to use an approved installer, which I did. 5 months later, the aircon was not producing cool air. I called the installation guy, he did a servicre on the aircon and said that it needed some gas, but he did not have any there that day. Many promises were made and never fullfilled. He eventually stopped answering my calls and messages. I got someone else in and they said that the aircon has a leak and had no gas in. They checked the joins but there is no leak. They say that the leak is somewhere in the puipes and the installation needs to be redone to fix this. I am now already R500 out of pocket, who is going to pay for the the re-installation becuase I am not.</p>
