Where's my refund!!!!

I bought a phone for my daughter on black Friday. R999. Order went through and dayyyyyys later I got an email to say they put of stock and a refund will be done in 3-5 days. I called yesterday only to be told they didn't have my banking details. I used my bank account to pay. Unbelievable. So nothing has been processed. Where were you going to send my money????? Now I'm told it will take an additional 7 to 14 days for my refund. This is supposed to be her Christmas gift! I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY TOLD ME NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED TO MY ACCOUNT! I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!!! I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY YOUR SERVICE!!!
