WHERE IS MY PAYMENT????????????

On the 16/10/2022 a PAYMENT was made into my Game Card at Game, Mall of The South. WHERE IS THIS PAYMENT. Today is the 19/10/2022 and the payment is STILL NOT REFLECTING. Please FIND IT AND ALLOCATE IT! Secondly, I attempted to use my Game Card at Makro Alberton yesterday, the 18/10/2022. The POS displayed the word "DECLINED" as soon as I entered my PIN, even though I was NOT making a PURCHASE. I WAS GOING TO MAKE A PAYMENT. The PIN was RESET THREE TIMES. Why on earth to you require a PIN when a payment is being made into the card, anyway? Lastly, I have destroyed my Game Card and I will no longer be supporting any of your Game Stores.
