Where is my online order?!

18 days later without receiving my order. I am extremely angry with Game. They are not responding to my emails and I am fed up! The consultant who I spoke honestly tried to assist by pushing my order to be delivered. She even escalated the matter for me. She did her part but there is someone else who is not doing their job.
