Where is my online order?

I have been asking for updates on my delivery from Game for my online purchases since 31 July 2022. First I was told that my cell phone number on the system was wrong, but no effort was made to fix it. I had to ask 3 times for it to be fixed. It was correct on my profile but they said it was wrong. Then I was told nobody could get hold of me, AFTER asking that my cell phone number be updated and that the delivery courier came to the complex and took the items back to the store. Then I was told that delivery takes longer because my items come from multiple stores. Then I was told that a delivery date cannot be given because it has not been dispatched yet. I just want the stuff I paid for please.
