Where is my laptop?

I bought a new HP laptop from Game at the beginning of December, two weeks later it started malfunctioning. I took it to Game Clearwater on the 3rd of February 2015 and was told I would have it back within 21 days to my annoyance. I write this msg now still without a laptop, 28 days later. My life is stuck at the moment. Its the second appliance from Game Clearwater that has malfunctioned in less than a month. I want my laptop or my money back plz.
