Where is my cash purchases!!!

I purchased (cash) washing machine & frij from Game at 12pm yesterday. It has not been delivered. I called saleslady twice, 9am and at 12. Excuse was she was not in and then out for lunch. I left messages for manager to call in an hour, but he too doesn't know where the goods are! Someone calls few minutes later, talks in zulu. I speak English/afrikaans only. I call again at 12 ,Manager Nelson tells me he will get back to me. Again, he doesn't know about my order, says he will get back, but doesn't . I call again. Supervisor tells me she doesn't know wat to do... Later, A guy from distribution calls telling me iv ordered a frij and wants to know my address. Strange, if he knows what I ordered, how does he not know address!!! I told him to speak to manager. When I call again, manager is busy...after an hour, still busy...no call to explain what's happening to my purchase or to apologize for total unprofessionalism in customer care.
