When will this be resolved?

Hi Game, <br> <br> I bought a laptop at Rosebank Game in August 2015. The laptop was unreliable and unpredictable. The laptop volume would go off by itself or the mouse pad would stop working unexpectedly. I couldn`t do my work properly and took it back to be replaced. At Rosebank it was explained that Incredible solution will repair the laptop and based on their finding a decision will be made (redundant or repairable)<br> <br> The laptop was send to Incredible Solution and after a long struggle and getting management involved I received the laptop back, The laptop OS was rebooted and that apparently saved the day. Now, I lost all my software which were installed. I ask whether they could fixed this or not, the manager explained to me that they couldn`t install all the software back as they don`t have all the serial numbers etc. <br> <br> I emailed him back, telling him, I would happily share this information if it would result in my laptop being fixed. This was send on Monday, and I haven`t received any feedback. It was send to Robby Fernades, Siziphiwe Makhaphela and Tshepiso Radebe was cc`ed in the mail at Incredible connection. <br> <br> Please contact me at ***, there is more I want to discuss.<br>
