what happening to the GAME promise

<p>I went to Game Westwood mall yesterday, the manager Naresh Harilall was rude and refused to change my printer ink, what happened to the Game promise is We'll swop it, if we stock it. the ink is in the original packaging and unused but Naresh was very rude and his communication s**** is *********</p>

Please assist, on the T&C for Game promise is We'll swop it, if we stock it. You stock printer cartridges but will not swop it, why is this so.
