What does Allrisk means

My wife took up a contract with phone from Game Boksburg and was sold a Allrisk policy on phone by Game.The policy was underwritten by Hollard.After couple months into contract she was one day at a meeting where here car was parked in a parking area and she left handbag with phone under c****at while at meeting.A hour later here alarm went off as it was broken into her car and phone ****** with handbag.Since phone have been blacklisted handbag paid out but phone declined because they say there Allrisk only covers phone if it is on you.Hollard still takes debiet order every month 7 months later as they say the 2 year phone contract still runs. Dont get caught with this Allrisk policy.
