What Customer Service ? No Follow Up Nothing

This is a second complaint about the lack of follow through & follow up on my first complaint ***<br> Only one attempt was made to call me but no voice mail message was left nor was any notification sent to me.<br> Had I not taken the liberty of checking whose call I had missed I would not have known.<br> Oh and did I mention that this was 2 weeks ago now?<br> After I sent an email providing my schedule to ensure that I am available to take the call.<br> Call me for more information ***
