What customer care centre?
<p>Phoned this morning wanting to give Game a chance to redeem themselves before posting here. Call centre number engaged for 20 minutes when I did get thru and logged my complaint - the lady was quite rude, couldnt find the advert I was referring to and wants to give me the number to call the regional manager - I mean what is the point in having an customer care line? I logged the complaint this morning still no feedback - poor game poor!!! Misleading in all forms</p>
thank you - if you could emphaise training on customer service - the lady she have phoned and followed up - I didnt need to get the attitude and the fact that I heard nothing till I had posted complaints on this platform perhaps tells you your customer care line is actually ineffective.
