What an attitude

Some time back I went to Game Southgate Mall to buy a T.V which was on special and it came with an explora, got such a beautiful service and all , the guy assisting me advised that we can get the rest of the package * smart lnb & installation* for R750 , didn't have it at the time so I decided to wait . On the 29th of November I rushed to Game Trade Route for the rest of the package, got there just before knock off time, I asked a lady at the electronics/ accounts desk for help and what I needed, she gave me a totally different price R800 just for installation and R450 for the smart LNB, told her no I'll just buy the LNB and she said out wait here and left . I waited and waited for a good 20 mins with no help , that time I'm super pressed , felt like I was about to pee on myself , another lady from the tills came , locked the computer there and called someone , she said on the phone " eish you know these customers don't want to leave the store as always " mind you the lady didn't even greet me and has the nerve to say that next to me A Customer.. she left me there , came back 5 mins rushing me now to go to the till because she wants to close it , told her I'm still waiting for someone to come help me , she said that person left , I stood there and waited , she made a few calls and the lady came rushing . Went to the till to pay for something I didn't have in my hand , I now was being rushed when I'm the one that wait almost 30 mins to get help. Such is unacceptable.
