What a pathetic excuse for an online shopping service - Game Stores!

What absolutely pathetic service!! 😡😡😡 My order number *** was cancelled on the 22nd April after I had ordered and paid for it on the 15th April and told it would be delivered on the 22nd April. I am still waiting for my refund - and have now been told it was only submitted on the 3 May 😡😡😡 This is **************** - I expect the refund today - which is at least 2 weeks too late!! 😡😡😡😡😡 Can you believe this - I now get an email saying the printer is being shipped AFTER having spoken to a number of Call Centre people and providing my bank account for the refund 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 The standard message received numerous times with NO ACTION taken by your people: Hi there Tony 👋 Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry for the overall experience this matter has caused you. Please note that we have an agent currently working on this matter and will revert back to you as soon as possible. this has to be resolved today - the printer was delivered despite all these messages and phone calls and I wasn’t here to ensure that it was not accepted! Please arrange for its removal immediately - and I want my refund immediately too - this is beginning to feel like a major **** to me and I will be contacting the authorities 😡😡😡
