What a horrible experience with game store Greenstone

On the 9th April i went to purchase an hp laptop at Game store in Greenstone, after my purchase i was disappointed as i found that i could not do anything with the laptop, it took forever to laod programs, i then went back to the store on 12th of April during my lunch hoping to get some kind of assistance, the security put a sticker on the laptop and sent in the store, i then found some guys on the floor causality watching score and they told the person in was looking for was on lunch and they could not help, they then sent me to a desk and said i should wait in line.

Unfortunately with borrowed time from work I could not get any assistance, i then went back to work without any kind. with time constraints i could not find the time go back and inform the that their laptop was acting up.

27 days later I found the time to go back to the and i eventually found the lady who assisted me with the purchase of the laptop, i explained everything and I also explained to her that just after two days of purchasing the laptop i came for assistance but no one helped.

She then said she will need to consult with her manager, the manager said he will not considere the the in the on the sticker and they both told me i must come back a day later so, there is some guys who has knowledge about laptops and he could help, i listen and a day or two after i came back, i the left the laptop for half a days as i as on duty, later on i come back to fetch the laptop and they told me the laptop just needed to scan and it's now fine but onlyto find out that the laptop had the same issue

I'm so angry and frustrated that i spent so much money but i have a useless laptop that i can't anything with still, there telling thatthelaptophas to send to supplier and a sort of storeies , i want my money back, so I can go to a store that dedicated to customer service because game is just not what i thought it was I'm so hurt and disappointed by this store, they just want to take customers for a ride with their money
