What a Gem!

Last Monday I went to Game N1 City and saw soccer boots that my son really wanted. I could not purchase it immediately so I asked 1 of the employees to set aside until Wednesday which she agreed to do. Unfortunately when I arrived Wednesday it was nowhere to be found and most probably sold. She was also absent. Rochelle and Gakiem walked up and down and searched the whole store to find the boots. Eventually realising it was not there Rochelle said she will see what she could do to compensate. I spent more than an hour in the store trying to sort the mix-up and she was there the whole time to make sure I did not travel all the way for nothing. It was really nice feeling like a valued customer and I appreciate that she went the extra mile to assist me find boots for my son. Very rarely one finds this type of service nowadays, so Thank You Rochelle!
