What A Disappointment From A Trusted Giant

I am so disappointed at Game. I made an online order (order ***) , they were quick to dispatch my parcel with their partner for courier. Now courier delivers 1 of 2 parcels and they ghost me, I reach out to Game for assistance and they just don't care, all I get is auto response and that Dawn Wing knows that I got 1 parcel when actual Dawn Wing's system says I go 2 parcels.

I am now stuck with 2 companies that are not willing to help. My order was R1260, I got a parcel worth R61 and the sound bar for R1199 is not coming and no one cares. I have sent them a CCTV footage showing that I received 1 parcel and still both parties think its still my fault and are dead silent.

So I look up at this Dawn wing company that game trust so much with our money and parcels and I am shocked at the reviews. I still do not understand how a Giant like Game would opt for the worst courier company in South Africa. Do you just outsource without any research? Do you maybe perhaps now have too many clients that you do not care at all about customer satisfaction?

Please see reviews for your Dawn Wing and maybe you will give another company this contract because for the products you sell and the size of Game, this cannot be the courier company you choose, NO!
