Westgate Game store

If I could, I would rate you 0... This complaint is for Westgate Game store. The service I received from the store Manager Justice, was shocking! I went to the store to return iplay laptop which was bought as a present for my daughter, she didn't like her present and I thought since there's a receipt...it's best to return the item and get her something else instead. The store Manager "Justice", instead of calling me private to discuss with me returning the item he opened it infront of everyone accusing me and told me that he has a good mind not to change the laptop as the box indicatesthat it was opened...the laptop is new , inside the box with mouse and booklet...I felt I was judged, accused and I felt likeI am a ******** for just entering that store.
