West gate game worst retail

Went to game west gate mall to get a generator which was on special, the guy by the name of Mulaudzi just said he doesn't know nayhing about them, then left.. Then another guy said its out of stock.. No other options where given to me.. Went to the information desk to ask for an leads on how to get it if out of stock. And the 2ladies at the desk where chatting and didn't even mind me..
