Went to Game southgate mall on Monday 19/02/2024 to get a contract phone, the lady told me they will need hard copies not via email. I Understood and decided i will come back. Wednesday 21/02/2024 i went, found a different lady she asked for the required documents and i gave her, after i gave her she looked at her coleagues and said to me eish we dont have application forms please come again maybe friday, I mean if there are no application forms, cant they print them out to assist a client. So I must come back to Game again for the 3rd time to get assisted with buying a phone? Very poor service.
