WELL DONE TO NOLAN

I Just want to say thank you to Nolan the Sales manager from Game Southgate, upon receiving my Complaint that was outstanding he phoned me a day later to make arrangement to have my Daughters tablet exchanged. I visited the Southgate Bracnh as he said I need to ask for him and I spoke to him and he advised that i need to just visit the customer care centre and the exchange will be done, while waiting for the exchange to be done he arranged with the consultant that she just had to do the exchange with out any hassles. Well done Nolan, unlike the Store manager and Admin manager that does not give any assistance. I hope he gets rewarded cause he seemed busy as i wanted to THANK Him but he was not available. i just need to say, GAME needs more people like Nolan and THANK YOU !!!
