Well done Mr Peter Vee Game gateway

I purchased a Canon camera valued at r2500 from Game gateway but was not satisfied with the picture quality after using it. I went back to the store and was asked to meet the sales manager Mr Peter Vee for him to have a look and decide if I should be refunded. He asked me to show him a printed photo which I did and he immediately said the picture looked hazy and its not the quality a r2500 camera should be providing. He offered me a full refund without a blink. I thank you Mr Peter Vee and your understanding of customers needs gives me confidence in your store knowing we will be satisfied with highest quality or refunded if needs not met. I would rather pay a little more in your store knowing we will have after sales customer satisfaction.
