Well done Game Galleria
A huge thank you to Prenesh(cellphone dep), Nonkulueko N, Nolwazi M, Snehugu G that assisted me on the 1st Oct at Game Galleria. Wonderful customer service. I had encountered terrible experiences in the past but this time around I'm really pleased to say I'm out stunned with such wonderful customer service

Not many staff will still want to assist you when it's almost time to close the stores in retail business. But your staff didn't even refuse and assisted me. As for Prenesh, this is my 6th time over the years that he has assisted me with my cellphone upgrades and he has always given such wonderful service always willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Always smiling he definitely has a passion for what he does. These staff are the face of game. It makes customers happy and always wanting to come back after receiving such wonderful service. "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
