Website Order vs Delivery - PATHETIC!!!

I ordered a printer on 20 APRIL 2020 from Game online with delivery time between 3 - 5 days. Please note that when I ordered, the printer showed IN STOCK. After 6 days I phone and follow up, only to hear that there is no stock and I will be refunded, which will take up to 10 (YES TEN!!!!) working days. I declined as whilst I was talking with the consultant, the website still stated in stock.

The consultant called me back and promised she found stock and it will be delivered. 6 days later I called again, the gentleman apologized for the poor website that doesn't state that there is no stock (and it is not my fault), yet the website still states there is stock.

Today is the THIRD WEEK without me having my printer. I bought it for R 699 plus R 100 delivery fees - and today the website states the printer is R 999 - AND IN STOCK?!?!?!

Where is my PRINTER??? Game, you SUC****!!! I will NEVER buy from you again.... I expect delivery - contact me before I take this further.
