We will take your money and not care after that

Absolutely appalling customer service! Placed an order after their customer service and live chat had already closed. Called as soon as they opened at 9am to be told "item is too far through the shipping process" they couldnt cancel or amend the order at all. I just needed the delivery address changing!! ZERO HELP, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Now I have a £300 parcel going to an address that I no longer live at and theres nothing I can do about it. I will never shop at GAME ever again and I urge everyone else to do the same. If you have an issue with your order, they wont care. They will take your money and not give a toss.
