We will never shop at Game in Bethlehem again!!!

We arrived to shop at the store at 8:55. On the board outside it states that the store opens at 9 am on Sunday's. As we were early we waited patiently outside the gate for them to open. At 5 past 9 the store had still not been opened, mall security guards came to the gate and asked the women inside the store why they had not yet opened. This, after we had enquired about the same thing, and received an answer In Sotho ( my fianc? speaks the language and translated that this women had said to the security guards \tell that man to wait". Inside at the entrance to the store stood staff that said they cannot open the store because the cashiers had not yet arrived??! Once the store opened at 9:10"
