Then on sata9last week we went to finiah paying when we got thr we wr told that we must first do TV license and go and pay, we did that, after paying the guy called Jerry said he's going to look if they have stock we waited for an hour then he came back and said they no longer have stock they checked all the warehouses thres no stock. We waited again to try and understand about this story because to us it was not making sense. Then the line manager called Christine came and told us the same story, she even mentioned that the new rules for game they are supposed to sell things that are on lay buy if someone with cash want it. She even mentioned that they will give us another TV but not exactly what we bought, we refused, l decided to check what other TV to choose when l turned around l saw 2 tvs 75 inches exactly what we bought hidden. I called my husband to come and see, when my hus9saw those tvs he went straight to Christine and said this is the TV l bought give me my TV why must l suffer for something l bought, Christine said those tvs are for customers who will come later, my husband refused and say he paid for the TV first so hes taking the TV then they allowed him to take the TV, that's was after a good 3 hours of back and forth and arguments that time l was 38 weeks pregnant. I'm very disappointed about the staff behavior at game. I will not recommend game in town to anyone, even senior staff are full of *******ion lm not going there again. Pathetic service
