We need answers Game

Game stores, please explain why we have to pay delivery fee if we are coming to the store and purchasing, I did call the store yesterday and the lady told me I have to come into the store to do the deal, yet if order online it's free delivery over the orders of R450, my dad is pensioner the only reason why he went in was because of the pensioners discount which your site does not give the option and to top it all it doesn't say pensioners discount 10% only for the first R3000 rand.
