watchout for *****ulent activities

*****elent purchases was made on my game account via a spot money sa app without my knowledge,nobody had access of my card number or my cvv number as i keep my cards at home and only use it at the shop,after lodging complaints they are keeping me liable for these purchase,i have never received and notifications for these purchases nor authorized any of it,highly unacceptable that i must be held accountable for these charges.
