Wasted my time

I desperately needed a phone and i called Game stores and they confirmed that a cellphone can be purchased. On my lunch i rushed to Game and i was told to wait as the person who sales phones is on lunch. My lunch was wasted as i had to wait for nothing ; ( .

It would really be appreciated by customers like myself if you had at least 2 people responsible for the Cellphone department.
