Waste of time

I saw the Goldair - 40cm Copper Pedestal Fan online and went to Game Canal Walk to purchase the fan. They had only one unit in stock which was missing parts and I enquired if there was another store which had stock.The staff informed me that Game Bayside Mall had 9 units in stock. I went to Game Bayside Mall a few days later and could not locate the correct colour of the fan. The staff then assisted in finding the item as they confirmed 7 units in stock. When they had checked the 7 units, it was all the silver version of the fan to which they deduced that both colours had the same barcode. They did not have the copper version in stock. I am furious at Game for their **** barcode system and I wasted my time and fuel as I drove 90km in total back and forth for nothing and I demand that they correct this with me.
