Washing Machine Still not repaired nor collected

The extended warranty called me to collect the washing machine yesterday as they STILL do not know what is wrong with it. And guess what? They did NOT come yesterday...I am utterly disgusted with this poor customer service. Why do you offer people an extended warranty if you cannot deliver a service (my fridge is also still overheating which the LG repairer told me is normal - however I work for an air-conditioning and refrigeration company and know that this is NOT accurate - please get someone knowledgeable to check this out as well)...You are wasting my time with all of this hassle - how hard can it be to fix a washing machine? I honestly would not recommend Game to anyone. Please get your act together and deliver on the service promised to me...It honestly feels like you are waiting for my warranty to run out so that you are no longer liable. If you cannot fix my washing machine and fridge then give me a new one because I do not want to deal with anyone in the extended warranty department ever again! WORST service ever!
