Washing machine order refund

I went to Game store in fourways mall on the 27th and purchased a washing machine and was told they don’t keep stock of the item in store that the warehouse would deliver the item Monday. Monday 30th I called and was told they do not have stock even in the warehouse and was transferred to the manager. Manager asked that I should wait a week for them to resolve the issue and that the warehouse will place an order by then if not they will refund me. A week later I called again and went there they told me it’s stocktaking day I should call in next day. It’s been more than a week now I’m reaching out no one is resolving my issue but giving me runaround's.
