Washing machine faults

I bought a a defy 13kg top loader washing machine from Game on the 7th Nov, first time I ever got the chance to use it was on Christmas day. And what do you know, the appliance is fault, they happily replaced it but the replacement has the same issue, there has been no recall on these machines and I am apparently not the only customer complaining. Defy came out of behalf of Game and its own product to replace the motherboard. I have used it once and it worked fine, the next time I want to use it, the same fault occurs, the business can't give me reasons why it doesn't work and it has ****ed me off. I will Never support Defy and Game ever again, I would rather go back to Samsung.
