Washing machine blues

On Thursday 10th I purchased a washing machine I was informed as they did not have stock in store it would come from Centurion so would receive either Friday or Saturday, waited in all day both days, after numerous calls being given lots of excuses, Monday after numerous calls still no machine, went into store this morning Tuesday at 9:15 to request refund, this was also a problem, left the store after one and a half hours, was told rhe Regional Manager was dealing with the logistic problem, they would call me to confirm Conformation refund still no call.
