Washing Machine

<p>On Wednesday ,1 March 2017 I bought a washing machine from Game Stores in Menlyn Pretoria for R4299.00. They assured me that they will deliver the next day Thursday,2 March 2017 ,I then took leave to wait for them but they never came and never contacted me. I then phoned the shop on Friday,3 March 2017 to enquire about my delivery . Tsosti Skosana assured me that he will talk to the drivers and come back to me because I had requested that they deliver on Monday ,6 March between 17:00 & 17:30 but he never did. I then recieved an sms telling to wait for a call about the delivery arrangements,it never came insteadf they called me after 17:00 saying that they are on the way to deliver my machine. I told them to come back on monday 6 March 2017 between 17:00 & 17:00 and they said they will take it back to the shop. Today it's a new story now they are not delivering in the township after 17:00 so i asked for my refund and they refuse saying its now on status no 3 which can not be refunded. Now I hve no machine and no money ,I have been ****** , I just want them to pay back the money. They are just ****** ,Regards frustrated customer</p>
