Washing Machine

<div>On the 8 November 2023 I purchased a Defy 7kg Front Loader washing machine. I paid R5599.00 from the Game in Fourways mall. In June machine was not spinning the clothes called the game and they sent a technician out to us who repaired the machine and it worked. Then on the 11 July technician came to fetch machine as it stopped working again. He dropped the job card and when I called him, he said he did not need it. Now defy is saying there are ****roaches and sent us pictures. I do not believe this as I live in a townhouse complex in Fourways and there are no ****roaches. My fridge and microwave as well as wifi router would have been affected if this was the case. Defy wants me to pay for repairs and I feel that this is very unfair.</div>
