Washing Machine

<p>Bad service and not reliable at all, I don’t see myself buying anything from game anytime soon. on Friday 3rd of March 2017( Friday) I bought a Samsung washing machine at the Reds Mall in Centurion, and I was told that they will deliver on late Saturday(4 March 2017) the next day. I sat indoors the whole day waiting for them to deliver. Even skipped work waiting and they didn’t show not even a phone call to update me about what’s going on. The next day on Sunday went to the shop asked about the delivery and they said they will deliver on Monday something about that the machine has already been fetched and what what. I advised them that they should come aft 5pm since that is the earliest i can try to get back from work. On Monday the was no delivery! Late Tuesday (7 march 2017) a guy from the shop gave me a call and apologies and said they will definitely deliver on wednesday. So i had to leave early from work just to cater for the delivery people. Wednesday and Thursday came back early thinking they will come and still nothing. Such nonsenses and I called the shop again late thursday and they said no it should be delivered by end of the month? What’s the point of buying something and having to wait that long even though you are about 5Km from the mall. What nonsenses is this? So basically i spent the whole week rushing a delivery which did not come through. Poor communication and unreliable! I am now left with a basket full of laundry and have to wait until month end while I paid fully for a washing machine? </p>
