washing machine

I bought a washing machine at game kathu of R6999 in 2013 2nd november and lost the slip...washing machine didn't wanna switch on and I reported it at game,sumsang called me and told me to take the machine back at game so that they can give me a new machine....They said they cnt find da purchase on that particular day and I went to my bank for bank statement as proof of purchase...Unfortunately I was not helped cause game didn't capture the purchase on their system...The machine has 10 years warranty and 2 year guarantee which is due this year November. .
