WAS IT FORBIDDEN OR IS IT A TABOO TO COMPLAIN FOR BETTER SERVICE, WHICH WE PAY FOR ANYWAY(GAME/RCS)

Publishing a review about the I'll treatment I received from GAME/RCS Co. has led to me being punished by blacklisting my card. I have enough credit to last me a life time but can't use it. I have had several unpleasant encounters with GAME store in MAFIKENG but the matters were resolved. RCS took it upon them to make my life a nightmare their stupid systems couldn't allow me to make an online purchase, I went to the store to buy what I needed the payment couldn't go through.

Just to buy a few things I have to visit the shop more than 5 times and call the head office 10 times and still I received no assistance. The term of the specials that I needed has expired and to date am still awaiting response from the head office.
